Classes begins...Lets rawk the semester!

Sem : Mac - Julai 2014

Nothing new, is just that the semester has started like a week ago. I am over excited but most classes ada yg clash with the diploma classes, so we give in.

No prob - make the best of it and lets rawk it!

5 classes with 2 OB and 3 PD. I know I'm gonna have fun with students, insha ALLAH.

My most productive hour - I love my mornings...

I am a morning person.

Dulu tak, but now I make it a point to bangun awal to do some reading. May it be a one page of the Quran or just  a few pages from my reading collections. At this hour, the mind is still fresh and tenang.

Besides that when I have the oppurtunity and waktu cuti, I love to watch and listen to Motivasi Pagi by TV3. It starts at 6.30 till 7am in the morning. Lagi best kalau the speaker is Datuk Dr Hj Fadzillah Kamsah. The way he send his messages and talk is very simple and santai.

My Darling December - Let see how it works on me

Lets see how December 2013 acts on me..

It was kind of a surprise as hub had some work in Langkawi. I was beaming with joy. Apa lagi, me and kids pack our things dulu from him. As for Langkawi happenings, I update later.

But just to share with you people, the followings are the happening which I have as stated in my calender:
1. Ongoing presentation by my students @ 150 individual presentation. This is an opportunity whereby I get new additional info from their article reading.
2.Tests for students - 152 smart energetic students for MGT538 and 80 smart students for MGT420...red pen session..
3. Proposal to start and complete ( gulp) - dok terbayang bayang muka supervisor..

But what the heck - I am gonna enjoy my December with my love ones during the school hols.

I don't think so..It's all in the head. You need to control your mind and just execute your work. If you have too many things to do ( as what we all claim do), buat la To-Do-List. It helps..


And for my muslims friends, recite the below while doing work k..both akhirat and duniawi have to be seiring...

I am a morning person. I will be up as early as 5am, on the TV ( just to have the sound of someone awake) and would boil some water.

Next with a cup of nescafe, I would do my morning read till azan Suboh.

 

And I always have my socks on..

Many ladies either yg dah kahwin, yg dok rumah and also yg bercareer talks only on health. Health have been the in thing to talk now. It starts off with kulit yg sihat, kolon yg sihat, badan yang sihat and so on. Tapi ramai yg lupa that in order for them to be SIHAT, they need to consume good food and also have good rest.
Good rest to me is to have sleep yg tiada ganguan..tidur nyenyak and ZZzzzzz sampai Suboh and then leh buat kerja.

What is ur definition of Good rest??

The Waiting Game is on again - Update news 2

Ha ha..syukran syukran.. yes, I basically have got the answer. It made me feel very very good..extremely good about myslelf cuma the rewards je yg tak berapa menarik..ha ha

Tak pa, at least I know where I stand..The news is basically the motivational factor for me to work now..

Ok ok..I can't wait no more. I was so not sabar and just grab the phone and ask. ( Ask what cannot tell la..ish)

The lady on the other side gave me an answer yg ok tapi not to what I expected. I know she have tried very hard to assist tapi the higher authority was a bit defensive. Tak pa..rezeki TUHAN yg bagi. I am very bersyukur tapi they way things beiing handled is so not transparent...

Enough said- I'll take it and at least news number 1 settle..now is waiting game number 2! haiya

At times when u want something so much tapi tak dapat, memang frust and get pretty annoyed. I am currently in the waiting game for 2 things..ni yang leceh sikit..

The phone has not ring with an answer and the waiting game is still on. ish..

GOOGLE GENERATION

What is google generation? have u heard about it. Kita selalu dengar about baby boomers, Generation X and Generation Y..

A bit about Google Generation (GG)
GG are kids who are born after year 1992. Diarong ni jenis yang hidup, makan, minum with IT and internet access in their life. They cannot live without internet. Everything they need to know they just have to google and terus dapat...

So parents need to understand and be able to cope with the changes which these group of people has..Parents juga need to learn and keep uptodate with the how to manage these info freedom.. how? join them la kot

How I manage my days..

2011....Many things to accomplished, many challenges and I'm very focused on what I want. Support from love ones are always there and I'm glad that things have fall into place.
As for the kids, the boys are now busy with their rugby and taekwondo practises and I do hope they will balance that up with their studies as well.
As for princess, she is coping well in class and she is enjoying her after school hours with me and Syed.
Let's pray for each other's success and let's work together for the benefit of the ummah!

Do u go to the library?

Well..I masa diploma days dulu ada gak la lepak kat library...masa tu ITM Arau..orang lain buat accounts ( I budak DIA ye), I will go an cari magazine..during my degree days, langsung tak pernah pergi library as my hubby will assist me with the info searching..he he..itula untungnya bila husband has a degree in library science..sekejap je dia cari info..kalau kita ni kang, terkebil-kebil and terkial-kial cari info..so why waste time? lebih baik duk rumah and jaga anak..kwang kwang kwang ( masa ni I was already married with one kid and expecting the 2nd one.. I buat degree lepas kahwin )


Masa buat Masters lagi la kan.. Masters lak buat part time, so memang no time to go library. However, now I find some time at least once in every 2 months to bawa kids to the public library ( jangan la gelak..I tau la it should be more often, tapi slowly la k).


Orang dulu kalau g library is more to study, but now I think it should be cultivated and make it a culture or turn it as a hobby to visit the library. However many says that the library is tak menyeronokkan. Is it the prasarana or the reading materials?

Tapi does ilmu  be obtained thru reading books only? now dah banyak source of info and there are also books online. So parents, besides taking the kids to the library, I think we also need to invest in internet access n computers for kids at home..kita yang mampu, syukur alhamdulillah tapi pada yg tidak, is that the end of the world? Think it over yea

Caring neighbors..caring terlebih la pulak..

I am very lucky as hubby bought this house in so called elite housing area in Sungai Petani..kalau org sebut tu, kira ternganga la jugak mulut org..tapi pada I biase je..tak ada apa pun..

Kita bila membeli rumah definitely la beli rumah yg selesa and the environmentnya ok..harmonious neighborhood and bla bla bla..

Tapi yg tak tahan nya ada some neighbors ni terlebih caring la pulak, habis semua kisah kita nak di jaja..well, mungkin they want to be the most updated person in the neighborhood la kot...to these group of people, my advise is please jangan terover caring as at times u are just menyusahkan kan orang lain..

Tapi pada orang yang dia care tu kira famous la kan..kalau tak famous, tobat dia tak angkat pot pasal kita..he he

I always take things positively @ which means, aku ni famous la..ha ha..

Community project in Kg Bujang, Merbok, Kedah...Jan 2010

Eversince I assisted PM Dr Maznah with some work in the office, both of us have the same passion to help the needy around the office area. I'm kind of lucky as Syed pun jenis suka buat community work.

Kalau niat tu betul, insya ALLAH, Allah  perkenankan..so that is how we met Hj Ramli or famously known as Pak Su to the community in the area.

Pak Su have gone the extra mile to ensure that the community in his village would have a good life. With that in mind, he has transform his land n house to tuition centres for the village kids..Pak Su buat bagi free tuition k..kita kang kalau nak buat tuition semua nak immediate return..

Mula2 pergi memang terpegun..gigih sungguh orang tua ni..Both me n Syed have been popping to his house now and then with our kids tagging along. Bukan apa biar anak2 ni dapat tengok that ada orang lagi susah dari kita..

Nak membantu dari segi kewangan, mungkin tak banyak yg boleh diberikan so, me, Syed and Dr Maznah with a few other friends from the univeristy do make visits and do consultations as and when we can.... 
 

What's in line for me..

Work have been taking much of my time n mind lately... banyak seh..tapi insya ALLAH things would be ok kot..

Among the many thinngs in my head right now:
1. Community Work - Pak Su
2. IID Kedah
3. EXPOSIS Kedah
4. Book
5. Community work with WCC..

But above all, time with the Alhady's always stays on the top of my list..lipat kain is always the most bottom part of the list too..ahaks 

Boys - Life is never fair

In life nothing is fair..I know how you boys feel. I feel the pain too..Things alwasy happen for a reason. Kita memgambil tindakan at times because we have been provoked. What is in the past is past and now both of you would have to really take care of yourself. You boys buat apa pun, sebaik mana pun you buat dan you boys memang tak salah pun, you boys tetap akan dipandang serong oleh certain group of people.
Haniff and Izzuddin,
I want both of you to know that both me and your father would support and back you boys up all the way. We will always make sure that your path is clear and both of my 2 good boys would be able to go forward without any hiccup. That is our promise as parents. However should you boys have and do any wrong, you people would still a called for some pep talk.

I am so proud of my boys as both my boys have grown up to be gentlemen and you boys are very brave to speak up, but both of you have to be very careful as life is never fair..

My morning thoughts..6.30am

If you think you are good, then you are one!

I always affirm that to my little head and I always feel good about it.

I'm not perfect but hey, nobody is! Kalau orang tu perfect then there would not be any fun to life. We make mistakes here and there but we need to wake up and go forward. One must not be pull down just because of one small issue.

He he..the issue now is GO AND MARK THE OB papers!!

Hari jantung nak luruh - RESULT PMR!!

I couldn't sleep..makan pun tak lalu..2 hari had to face the same situation..pagi tadi just ahd coffee je.

The same situation faced by my son, Syed Izzuddin Alhady..hari ni result PMR keluar. Both of us are dead nervous, so is the father but as alwasy he is so calm and cool.

My son was pretty quiet at the dinner table last nite.

However I have to admit, masa otw to school tadi semua orang suspense, bila masuk dewan lagi la susah hati tapi when he got his result, ( I was jauh sikit from dia) I saw the smile and I know he has done very well in his exam.

Syukur, he got 8A's in his PMR!!!

All the hard work had paid off..
